Frank Palmer from San Diego, California took leftover Aunt Grace blocks and set them amidst triangles and straight sashing strips for this charming wall-hanging. It measures 29" x 27" and would make a lovely table decoration or wall hanging if you sleeved it. Binding is applied by machine, brought to the back, and then hand stitched in place. The quilt is sleeved and ready to hang. It is minimally machine-quilted in a lovely meander on the border and one sashing strip. Some remnant markings in the other sashing strip could be easily removed. Use as is, or add more quilting. This is a beautiful bold design.
