The blocks were made by members of the Bulloch Hall Quilt Guild in Roswell, GA. It was machine quilted by Sue Smucker of Wooster, OH. Each dog is "wearing" a plastic dog "tag," donated by Brad O'Laughlin of American Pet Classics in Alpharetta, GA. Signature labels on the back of the quilt (on a very appropriate "doggy" print) were made by Cindy Paulson from Woodstock, GA. Absolutely tremendous, from every angle! What a labor of love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! This quilt was auctioned in November 2004 at the annual Lead in the Holidays event benefitting Leader Dogs for the Blind. The winning bid was $1250. AWESOME!!! |
