"The Kili Quilt" was created for our son. We all love our sweet tempered dog, Kili. She is a Shiba Inu, a little-known breed that looks like a fox. (We call her pig-dog because she has a curly tail and snorts!) In with the photos is a silk-screened dog sent made by a lady in Karrkila, Finland. I freehand machine quilted the borders with messages: "Kili," "good dog," love dog," and "We love our dog." It was my first photo quilt. Nancy Bekofske Lansing, MI
