This is the best fabric I've found on which to transfer photographs. It is bright white for the best color reproduction. It is 100% cotton, which is the easiest to work with when making quilts. It has a 200 thread-count, which means it is very tightly woven so the texture of the cloth will not be all that visible "under" the photo-transfer. And, the finish is exceedingly smooth for the very best results when using iron-on transfer paper. Many quilters print directly on it. (Please note: this is not treated fabric, test for permanence.) Use it right out of the package. Do NOT pre-wash it. Sold in one-yard increments only, bagged. Each yard is considered "one" item for shipping purposes.
