As many of you know I was born in Michigan, but have spent several years in Italy. My parents told me I learned Italian baby talk before I learned English, which I have blamed for my poor spelling ever since. I have been trying to make the quintessential pizza quilt for years. Frustrated by the total lack of pepperoni fabric (not to mention ham, pineapple, and green pepper) I decided to design my first line of fabric so that I could make the silly quilt! Happily, this required intense (burp!) research. Most of the fabric is now out-of-print, but don't I look cute in the chef hat?
