My mom, Sugar Moser, and I made this quilt for my great grandmother's 90th birthday —complete with names embroidered in chronological order of joining the family on the border. My great grandmother (Helen Fritsch) was very touched — she told my mother that she loves the quilt. It hangs right next to her bed and she says good night to each one of us every night.
